  • We at Selula Skincare hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase and the quality of your product. If however you are not satisfied, do contact us within 7 Days from the date received.

  • We will firstly establish and consider the conditions when making decisions on refund or exchange. 
  • We will offer an refund, exchange or credit in the form of a gift voucher provided that the product is not unopened, used or damaged.
  • Please note the the buyer will be responsible for the cost of courier fee when returning the package and will be granted an exchange of product or as a cash discount with next purchase made online.
